- How much to takeFollow the schedule in the brochure given in the box. 1 pack of Red Date Dang Shen Tea per day for 28 days straight, during confinement period. Cooking Instructions: Rinse all the ingredients thoroughly. Add all the herbs (except goji berries) into 2 litres of water and bring to a boil. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Add the goji berries during the last 5 minutes before serving.
